Most heart attacks don't always make you lose your consciousness but arise slowly with a headache. This is a sign that the blood is lacking oxygen because the heart does not beat well to pump to the brain.
2. Painful upper body
Our heart does not have many nerves connecting to all the organs. Generally, the effect that is felt when the heart is not working properly is a pain in the back, shoulders, arms, neck, and jaw. Some women describe it as there is something heavy weighs on the back.

6. Shortness of breath
If doing simple activities such as walking fast or sporting for a moment can make you out of breath or have shortness of breath as if already a heavy exercise, this could be a sign of a heart attack.
