Green vegetables can give fiber to the body. However it is not good if consumed before exercise because it causes flatulence and indigestion. This is due to the sulfur content in it.

3. Carbonated Drinks

Drinks containing sodas are not recommended for consumption before exercise because it can cause flatulence. In addition, packaged fruit juice should also be avoided before exercising because of the high content of fructose in it is not easily digested.

Desserts containing many calories are also difficult to convert into energy. Sugar in it is usually loaded with carbohydrates so it can disrupt blood sugar levels in the body. Dessert can make blood sugar jump and drop suddenly. Active body motion during exercise can cause dizziness and fatigue.
