Ladies, scrambled egg is one of the practical menus that can be served for breakfast menu or when you need a fast food to eat. Unfortunately, self-made eggs are sometimes not the same texture as those made in restaurants. Well, here's a fluffy and soft scrambled egg recipe just like in the restaurant you can try at home.
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon of butter
How to make:
- Shake all ingredients except butter until blended.
- Heat the butter in a sticky non-stick skillet. Then pour the egg batter and wait until the set. If the egg dough begins to harden, then back and forth using a fork. 3. Make sure the eggs are cooked evenly.
- Scrambled eggs on a pan until cooked whole.
- Remove and serve warm.
