1. Baking soda

The content of baking soda can neutralize sweat pH and reduce bacteria. Simply mix 1 tablespoon baking soda into 1 liter of water to soak the feet. Soak for approximately 15-25 minutes every night for one week. You can also sprinkle a little baking soda into the shoe before using it.

2. Lavender oil

Lavender oil is antioxidant and antifungal so it is very effective if used regularly to soak the feet. Combine a few drops of lavender oil into lukewarm water to taste and soak the feet for 15-20 minutes.

3. Salt epsom

The content of magnesium sulfate in epsom salts is able to fight microbes very well. Mix 2 tablespoons of epsom salt in warm water, stirring until dissolved and soak your feet in it for 10-15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For best results, do it every night before bed.
