Heart attacks in women are oftrn silent symptoms. In fact, heart attacks are seriously deadly and if you're not aware of the symptoms, your life could be threatened.

These are the signs of heart attacks on women that you should be aware of and realize from now.

1. Dizziness

Most heart attacks don't always make you lose your conscious, but arise slowly with headache. This is a sign that the blood is lacking of oxygen because the heart does not beat well to pump to the brain.

2. Painful upper body

Our heart does not have many nerves connecting to all the organs. Generally, the effect that is felt when the heart is not working properly is pain in the back, shoulders, arms, neck and jaw. Some women describe it as there is something heavy weighs on the back.

3. Fatigue

Feeling very tired usually felt by women who will have a heart attack more than a month earlier. And this is not due to frequent staying up or sleep deprivation, a lot of activities will make them very tired.

4. Sweating

Cold sweats at night are very common for women who are menopausal or have just had a sport. But if it's not then this could be a sign of a heart attack.

5. Nausea

Not pregnant but nauseated? Heart attacks in women generally show symptoms of nausea. This happens twice as often and is possible for women as compared to heart attacks in men.

6. Shortness of breath

If doing simple activities such as walking fast or sporting for a moment can make you out of breath or have shortness of breath as if already a heavy exercise, this could be a sign of a heart attack.
